Do You Suggest a Haircut?

Yesterday at Church I was in the cry room with the little ones. Someone complimented me on my two little blonde daughters.

Well Gosh...

Thanks?

  1. Come ON!! He is so boy!! His facial features...his khakis....his Huck Finn haircut... I swear I can have our little boys in all blue, and if they have hair more than a buzz cut people call them girls...

    1. He's very pretty, but like how Obi would be pretty. You think if Obi if I dressed Obi up in a tutu and high heels you'd get compliments on your lovely wife? Just don't let Gmom babysit.

  2. Long hair plus pink shirt = I might make the same mistake? Is that terrible to admit? I didn't want to cut my first born son's curls, but after a few girl comments I buzzed it right off.

  3. I would probably think girl too with the long hair and pink shirt. But, I tend to look at clothes mostly and figure most little kids wearing pink are girls. Either way, he's super cute and I love little boys with long hair.

  4. Don't even think of cutting that hair! He has the rest of his life to conform to society. Or not. ; )

  5. It is the shirt not the hair, although I know boys are wearing pink now. I say if it doesn't bother him to be mistaken, or if he is unaware then I wouldn't worry about a hair cut. Your kids are so adorable!

  6. Whatever. You and Obi produce such beautiful offspring, who cares what gender they are?

    1. Loved the picture of FDR. Did you know, John Hopskins took their nurture over nature so far that they convinced a mother of boy twins that one of them could be raised a girl simply by telling him he was a girl after a botched circumcision? Crazy!!! Of course, it didn't work, and the poor guy, who had been injected with estrogen since infancy had to undergo somewhat of a sex change when he was older and finally could be what he was born to be.

  8. But but but.. He's so beautiful, and so is his hair. I died a little the day I cut Ezekiel's hair. Don't do it!

  9. Remember when Dr. Bond wore a pink shirt, and Mom said, "Boy! I sure am glad men can wear pink these days"?
